Sol Gombinsky

Sol GombinskySol Gombinsky (RCIC #411199) is the principal owner and Senior Consultant of SOLUTIONS Immigration Consulting Inc.

Sol Gombinsky worked with the Department of Immigration (then called Manpower and Immigration) from 1967-1997. Most of the 30 years (19) were in a management capacity. Some of the positions he held include:

  1. Manager of Immigrant Settlement Services, Toronto
  2. Manager of the Canada Immigration Centre, Toronto
  3. Manager of the Canada Immigration Centre, Calgary
  4. Section Head, Adjudication Directorate
  5. Quality of Service Coordinator, Ontario Region
  6. Director Recruitment and Selection, Ontario Region
  7. Appeals Officer

In 1997 Sol Gombinsky founded SOLUTIONS Immigration Consulting Inc. as a way to share his knowledge and create a trusted Canadian immigration service for people from all over the globe.

Sol Gombinsky also provides consultation and training services to other immigration consultants, students, paralegals and community immigrant organizations. He created an Online Training Academy (CITA) which has seen many successful graduates. He is the former president of the Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), and continues to give seminars and presentations for CAPIC and ICCRC members.

Cari Gombinsky

Cari GombinskyCari Gombinsky (RCIC #411207) is a licensed immigration consultant and acting Manager of SOLUTIONS Immigration Consulting Inc. where she has worked for the last 12 years. She completed her BA at the University of Toronto, then studied social work at York University (BSW.hons) and The University of Victoria (MSW) before deciding to pursue a career in immigration services. Cari specializes in permanent resident applications, labour market opinions, work permits, provincial nominee programs (PNP), skilled workers, humanitarian, family class applications, and refugee sponsorships.
