Following in her father's footsteps, Cari joined the Solutions Immigration team in 2003. After earning her BA at the University of Toronto, Cari studied social work at York University (BSW hons.) and the University of Victoria (MSW).

After completing his MBA at the Schulich School of Business, Steven opened and operated a business for 20 years along with his wife, Kary. He joined Solutions as a business manager, and was so impressed that he went back to school and obtained his Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant designation.

In 1997, after 30 years with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Sol Gombinsky founded Solutions Immigration as a way to share his vast knowledge and experience. Sol’s vision was to create a trusted immigration service for people within and outside of Canada.
