The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) is Canada’s largest independent administrative tribunal. Created by the Canadian Parliament in 1989, the IRB is made up of four tribunals or “divisions”: The team at Solutions Immigration has extensive experience representing clients at all divisions of the IRB.
