A temporary resident is a foreign national who is legally allowed to enter and remain in Canada for a specified time period.

To qualify as a temporary resident, The foreign national must satisfy an immigration officer at a Canadian Port of Entry that they hold a visa or other documents required under the regulations and will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay.

Temporary Residents are divided into the following categories:

                    – Visitor Visa

                    – Super Visa

                    – Conference

  • Workers
